um im not sure. but i dont think that is the best place to get a tatoo.

guys dont find that very attractive. or at least the ones i know dont. they are considered "tramp stamps"

if you go on to google and just type in lower back tattoos a bunch of links will pop up with pictures and designs. Here is an example of some websites, and dont listen to anyone else, if you want a tattoo on your lower back go for it! i'm thinking about getting one there as well. good luck!

If you're a teenage girl, you're probably too young to be getting a tattoo. And either way, the tattoo will still be on your back when you're an adult, so something 'for teenage girls' would likely look immature or cheesy when you're older.
